The Jaya Organics product range is available to order online from this website, our shop at Jaya House Angkor Park Hotel or other hotels of Jaya House Hotels, including Jaya House River Park and Jaya House Residences.

Yes. We use the highest-quality natural ingredients, obtained from sustainable sources.
We do not use the following ingredients:
No parabens (preservatives): All retail products require a preservative system. Jaya Organics uses 100% naturally derived preservative systems which are unique to each of our products. Our natural preservative ingredients include vitamin E and fruit seed extract, which also enhance the products’ therapeutic benefits.
No petrochemicals (petroleum by-products): Jaya Organics nourishes and hydrates your skin naturally, using plant oils and butters such as sweet almond oil and shea butter. These natural ingredients also contain powerful phytonutrients to feed and protect your skin.
No sulphates (artificial foaming agents): We choose natural, gentle plant-based cleansing ingredients, such as coconut, to maintain your skin’s balance and comfort.

No artificial fragrances, colours, silicones or PEGs (polyethylene glycols): Jaya Organics products use powerful essential oils to create therapeutic aromas, as well as to provide holistic benefits for your body and mind. The textures and colours of our products are also derived entirely from their natural botanical ingredients.

All Jaya Organics products are made in Siem Reap, Cambodia to the optimum ethical standards.

Consult your doctor first before using any product containing essential oils. You can use most of our products during pregnancy however note that using some essential oils may be advised to avoid during pregnancy.

We conform to the highest standards of laboratory testing and analysis to ensure safety. We never test on animals.

We recommend using each product within 6-12 months of opening for our cleansers, lotions and oils. Body Products have a 12 month shelf life from opening.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY JAYA ORGANICS PRODUCTS?
We recommend storing your Jaya Organics products in a cool, dry environment to ensure they maintain their freshness and efficacy.

Yes. We purchase from local suppliers who support farmers and work sustainably, as well as supporting their community. Some of the ingredients come straight from our friends who grow lemongrass in their gardens, then we process it to become lemongrass essential oil for example. Some come from our farmer friends where it is their daily work to grow plants that we use to make our products.

Jaya Organics sources the finest-quality ingredients available; many are organic, first-pressed oils, or wild-harvested (foraged) from a pesticide-free environment.

We are not totally organic, as many small farmers and co-operatives who grow pesticide-free do not have organic certification.

Some of our products contain nut ingredients to which nut allergy sufferers may have an adverse reaction. If you suffer from a nut allergy, please check the ingredients listed on each product before use.

Jaya Organics products do not contain animal derived ingredients and are suitable for vegans!

We are strongly against using any animal derived or animal tested ingredients in any of our products. Jaya Organics products only contain plant derived, natural ingredients.

Yes, our hair care range is ideal for colour treated hair as it is very gentle on the hair and helps to maintain colour and restore lustre

We pride ourselves on providing the highest of customer satisfaction. If there are any discrepancies with orders we do offer full refunds or replacements. This can be resolved by emailing us directly at info@jayaorganics.com. In these circumstances products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
