Returns and Cancellation Policy


Your satisfaction is important to us! We have a 14-day return policy. If you changed your mind or received the incorrect product with your Jaya Organics online purchase or it arrives damaged, simply return the unused product and we will gladly issue a refund/exchange. Returned products must be received unopened/unused and in resalable condition.

Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number and the reason for your return request.

We’re sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable.

Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly.

Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Most exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via Standard Service. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for Jaya Organics product purchased at other retailers. Only products purchased on may be returned for refund.


International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. Jaya Organics has no liability to cover these charges.  We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges as we are not aware what these may be. Your order confirmation details show only the amount collected by Jaya Organics, please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded.

International Orders are shipped via method selected at checkout.  Delivery time vary but are estimated at 7-14 business days for Priority, depending on your country’s customs regulations and procedures. If you don’t receive your package within several weeks, check with your local post office and local customs office as they could be holding your package for payment of duties.
